Carriage House Rental

The historic carriage house is now a rustic lodge that can be reserved throughout the year by groups seeking a place of respite for a few hours or a weekend. Available for retreats, family gatherings, special events, and workshops come spend a relaxing weekend or evening at Kateri's lovely renovated facility.

Amenities include:

• Fully heated facility
• Second floor bedroom area sleeps 25 in bunk bed
• Large Kitchen with two stoves and refrigerators
• Carpeted lounge area with wood burning stove
• Outdoor picnic area with barbecue
• Beautiful woodland setting with access to nature trails

Rental Fees:

**All groups renting the building provide their own food, bed linens or sleeping bags and activities

The spacious main floor contains a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge, warmed by a wood-burning stove, invites casual conversation or rousing song fests. Bedrooms on the second floor accommodate twenty-five people. A picnic and barbecue area are just outside the back door.

School and youth groups, businesses, community associations, church organizations and families find relaxation and renewal in the beautiful woodland setting. Any season is the perfect time for a retreat at Kateri.
